You may need to install the Analysis Toolpack/VBA, click Tools - Add-ins, tick them and then click OK
Enter job details and charges in the Income sheet and any thing you spend in the Outgoings sheet. Total Monthly In Out will show you a monthly break down of both income and outgoings. Change the year as required.
